Casuarina Police Station

Daly River

The Daly River Police Station was first built at Wooliana in 1915. It is now located on Low Level Road. Daly River is a very popular tourist destination and is subject to major flooding in the wet season

Daly Waters Police Station

The Daly Waters Police Station was opened in 1964 and closed in 1985. It was the local Court House and Post office and was a one man station with an Aboriginal Tracker

Finke

The Finke police station was established in late 1930's after the closure of the Charlotte Waters police station. Members were mounted on camels, possibly the largest police patrol in the world, and the last police station in the Northern Territory to use camels.

Gapuwiyak - Lake Evella

Lake Evella (Gapuwiyak) Police Station, opened in 2013, provides modern policing services to the remote Arnhem Land community of Gapuwiyak. Its officers support community safety through law enforcement, highway, marine and remote patrols, licensing services, and community engagement.

Harts Range

Harts Range Police Station is located on the Plenty Highway. NT Police work closely with QLD Police and monitor the border. They are kept busy with tourists and local stations.
